And the solution to be a skilled boxer is to follow the skilled ones .

You have to analyze the professional boxer. You have to question yourself that,

Why are they so strong?

How can they predict every move of their opponents.

How can they keep their calm after getting punched?

It would usually take at least 1-2 months of daily analysis to actually understand them.

But it doesn’t HAVE to take that long.

You can shortcut the process with the right resources and trainings.

Luckily I've been observing four legends, train, eat and think.
